Shipping & Returns

Payment:
We use Paypal as our online secure payment provider. Via Paypal, you may pay with your bank account, credit card, or existing Paypal balance. *Note* You do not have to have an account with Paypal to make an online payment. Please see the instructions on the Paypal site to pay without a Paypal account. We also accepts personal checks and money orders (with adequate time for clearing). The address to mail your payment, if you so choose, will be on your invoice upon checkout. IF POSSIBLE, we prefer payment via check/MO or paypal bank transfer/paypal balance to avoid costly credit card Paypal fees. Please keep this in mind as you check out. Shipping:
Shipping is typcally handled via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail. Over the years, we have found that the USPS is generally reliable and a relative inexpensive way to safely ship gifts and collectibles. In some cases, we may elect to ship Federal Express (FEDEX) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for select orders (IE high volume orders, express shipping, high cost, etc.). All items will be carefully packed and shipped in sturdy packaging to help prevent damage or loss. If there is a problem that occurred in shipping, please be sure to let us know immediately via the contact us link. We will do our best to help make it right. International shipping to Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia is avaiable, but postage is typically slightly higher than domestic US shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the order weight and shipping method selected. If shipping is grossly overcharged, we will ensure that a refund is sent on shipping over-charges. Please let us know if you have questions or specific shipping requests/requirements.

Local Pickup:
If you are local in the St. Louis area and do not wish to have your purchase(s) shipped, we can hand-deliver your purchases to a MO-HRS event or arrange for pickup at "The Bunny House." Please contact us prior to purchase to make the necessary arrangements.

Returns:
Typically, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in shipping or an error occurs with the order. All items will be packed well and should arrive in new, unused condition. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will be everything possible to ensure your satisfaction! We have been online buyers and sellers online since 1994 and have yet to have an order that we could not "make right" for our customers! If you have any problems with your order, please let us know immediately and we'll do everything possible to recitfy the problem.
